The Forest

This work presents a forest composed of branches from plane trees , paper, dried flowers, and stitched elements painted with earth, sand, ink and natural pigments. They are, carefully assembled into a delicate and immersive installation. The individual éléments are stitched together, allowing the subtle, organic movement. Although the forest may appear dark, it is filled with sensitivity, presence, and quiet vitality. The composition is calm and still, almost like winter. Some elements pull downqard, while dried flowers reach upward, creating a subtile balance between weight and lightness. Each element carries its own unique energy and embodies a distinct presence, whether that of a plant or animal. These présences interact within the installation, contributing to a rich, interconnected ecosystem that reflects the complexity and diversity of life itself.

Sanctum of the Forest

A place of energy and gratitude — a sanctuary within the forest. Nature and spirituality, the material and the immaterial, merge into a space where the forces of the forest are gathered. Light and shadow exist in constant dialogue, while colors, textures, and forms evoke stillness and reverence. Created by and for the beings of the forest, the installation reflects a deep connection between art and nature.

The Abstract Side of the Human Being

This body of work explores what cannot be seen or touched — the imagined inner world of human experience. It focuses on emotions, memories, thoughts, and dreams as intangible yet deeply felt realities.

Dreams

Dreams are neither specific nor tangible. They exist as feelings thoughts and fragmented situations that collide and merge in unpredictable ways, forming an intangible and imaginative world. In this work, the artist presents this dreamlike realm through a balanced composition of different materials, colors and textures. The elements are carefully sewn together with cotton thread, creating a unified composition that reflects the human subconscious and its continuous search for meaning and wholeness.

Thoughts

In this Installation, the artist aims to convey the nature of the world of thoughts. On one hand, there are simple, everyday thoughts that drift through a mind, sometimes troubled, sometimes clear. All human minds are filled with such dark or light, simplicity and complexity. These thoughts occupy our time. The artist attempts to introduce a sense of structure, although the mind itself cannot always impose order. The strips, filled with various types of information, are simplified into symbolic forms against a white background, a metaphor for a blank mind, and arranged to descend from top to bottom, as if flows naturally. These symbols evoke feelings, actions, desires, fears, and memories, leaving their interpretation open to the viewer. The repetitive and automatic nature of thought mirrors the rhythms of daily mental life, raising questions about the impact of these processes on emotional wellbeing.

Emotions

Emotions are expressed through color, form and texture. Each work represents a distinct emotion or a response to it. Joy, sadness, disgust, calm, guilt, and shame. Through this series, the artist conveys the intensity of these experiences and examines the ways individuals react to their own emotional landscapes. These works invite viewers to explore the hidden parts of the human psyche, offering a space for reflection. This installation comprises 24 paintings.

Visible in Silence

2025 · 291 Faces

With the installation Visible in Silence, the artist presents a large-scale work comprising 291 faces made of ceramic and paper. The faces are arranged in a square structure (2.40x2.40meters) composed of 16 wooden panels. The work emerged during a time when experiences of isolation and distance were particularly difining. The visible facial expressions of people were missing, suddenly hidden or harder to read. At the same time it became clear that despite spatial separation, a sense of solidarity arose and many people stood up for similar values and concerns. Out of this tension, the idea for Visible iin Silence developed. The working process began three years ago and was completed in the spring of 2025. At first glance, the faces appear similar. Yet on closer inspection their individuality becom eaches apparent. They point to a fundamental aspect of human identity, although we share common features and structures, each person retains distinctive traits that set them apart. The faces display no defined expression, no clear émotions. This retraint opens a space for viewers own interprétations. At the time, the faces are physically separated, each achored in its own opening. Nevertheless, they appear as part of a whole, since together they complete the surface of the panel. In this way the work creates an image of the coexistence of individuality and belonging. In this silent space, the faces may also embody memories or absent presences, fragments of another time or place. The installation does not seek answers but instead proposes a quiet dialogue on identity, connection and the expression of emotions.
